Where is
A scenic route on the peaks of the Larian Triangle.
The Asso-Caslino loop is a route suitable for trained experienced hikers, due to the steep climb to Mt. Barzaghino and some passages with chains.
Mount Barzaghino, a modest elevation located in the Larian Triangle, is characterized by being completely enveloped by forests and rises steeply above the Valassina. It is the focal point of this itinerary that uphill will lead us to its vegetation-rich summit, which offers a striking view of the surrounding valleys: the Vallelunga, the Lambro Valley and the Rezzago Torrent Valley.
