The grapes for our Profumo di Rosa red wine come from a small estate vineyard located 400 meters above sea level, cultivated exclusively with products allowed in organic farming. The must is made from 85% aleatico, 15% ciliegiolo and remains in contact with the skins for 20 days before racking. The entire process is carried out in steel vats as is the maturation phase. The wine does not undergo filtration. The wine is dark purple-red in color to the eye.
