Spring is now in its full splendor and walking accompanied by an AIGAE guide we will skirt the Piot stream and then immerse ourselves in the farming reality of the Alpe del Prina to the slopes of Mount Palanzone, where the renowned Caprino di Caslino, the typical goat cheese of the village, is born.

Thanks to the workshop we will take advantage of the 5 senses: contact and noise of water and the surrounding nature, the relationship with the animal such as the goat and the pasture (through manual milking on site), brief explanation of the stages of cheese production by the cheese maker and, finally, snack with freshly made goat cheese. Minimum age: 6.
