Dried flowers of Organic Lavender Vera Angustifolia, which unlike perfume flowers are harvested a tiny bit earlier, when the flower is still fresh and deep purple in color. Bunches are then made, placed upside down in the dark and once dried they are shelled and cleaned thoroughly so that there are no leaflets, dust or other impurities so that they can then be used in cooking, in both sweet and savory recipes and ideal for herbal teas.
