What we are going to do

A hike among wide panoramas, noble villas, monasteries, and ancient rural villages. Tremezzina is the name of a municipality overlooking Lago di Como, which since 2014 includes the municipalities of Tremezzo, Ossuccio, Mezzegra, and Lenno. Known mainly for the treasures it hosts from Villa del Balbianello to Villa Carlotta, just to name a few, which we have visited in other excursions; less known for the rocky walls and vast olive fields that hide small churches and ancient villages that were once home to noble villas with a rich history. What is needed

Hiking boots with lug soles to proceed safely on rocky trails; personal backpack with supplies of water, and snacks. Dress in layers according to season (T-shirt, long-sleeved shirt, sweatshirt or fleece, windproof/rainproof; softshell); rain cape in case of unstable weather.
