What we are going to do

At 10 a.m. meet at the beautiful Roncade Castle, where you will learn about the stories of princes in a fairy-tale mansion!

At 3 pm we meet at theAcetaia Ducale Estense in Quarto d'Altino (6 km from Roncade) to begin a guided tour on the production of balsamic vinegar. We will learn how vinegar is made from white grapes and a small tasting will follow.

At 5 p.m. we return to Roncade for the last stop of the day, at the Caseificio di Roncade, a cornerstone in the world of Treviso cheeses since 1934. There will be no shortage of tast...
