At 10 a.m. meet at the Acetaia Ducale Estense in Quarto d'Altino to begin a guided tour on the production of balsamic vinegar. We will discover how vinegar is made from white grapes and a small tasting will follow. At 2:30 p.m. meet at Casale sul S ile for an easy bike ride along the picturesque Sile embankment (by muscle or assisted bike, your choice).
