Stresa Festival

The Settimane Musicali di Stresa is a sequence of classical and jazz concerts created in 1961 through the initiative of Italo Trentinaglia de Daverio, general director of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, superintendent of the Teatro La Fenice in Venice, and composer. Each year this festival hosts distinguished musicians, symphonic ensembles and conductors of international renown.
