Ricotta Festival

When December arrives in Sicily in addition to Christmas traditions, ancient crafts and genuine flavors are remembered and celebrated. The Ricotta Festival is a festival that will introduce even the youngest to the beautiful but hard work of the shepherd. Stands will be set up, within which the typical farm environment will be recreated and the various milk processing to arrive at the finished dairy products will be shown. All visitors will have the opportunity to taste the cheeses offered by the producers, and to make the visit even more enjoyable, an Artisan Market Exhibition and lots and lots of folklore with music and dancing.
