Jambon de Bosses PDO Festival

Vallée D'Aoste Jambon de Bosses is a prized raw ham, typical of the Aosta Valley, in this small territory on the border with Switzerland, in the Great St. Bernard Valley. A true festival, authentic and "tasty" since the renowned "jambon" is served to visitors in various types of cuts and paired with numerous local food and wine dishes such as like black bread, butter, honey, nuts and a good suave, medium-structure red wine. Bosses ham received the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) in 1996.
