Pettolata at the Museum

On the occasion of the solemn Feast of the Immaculate Conception, the town of Latiano gathers at the Museum, a place of Knowledge and Tradition, to share a moment of joy and aggregation as Christmas approaches. In this unusual location, "Pettole," a leavened dough made of water and flour in the shape of a ball and fried in boiling oil, are prepared and served hot, which is accompanied, as tradition dictates, by a good glass of wine. During the course of the evening, it will be possible to visit the Museum and watch the 'original Musical show ... wrapped and pampered by sweetness.
