Children's market in St. Helena

When we arrive at St. Helena, also called "the children's island," we hardly believe we are in Venice. We are out of time, everything is silent, and in the distance we can hear someone playing. In the peace and greenery of the cloister of the church of St. Helena is an initiative dedicated to the youngest children. Run by a group of volunteers, the "children's market" offers second-hand clothes, shoes, books and games for children and young people from up to 15 years old. People come here even on rainy days to browse and have fun together.
