The Tsavén

Curious name Tsavén, but it is nothing but a Basket, and at the market in the old days as today very useful object for our purchases. The Market is organized by Coldiretti with Valdostan agricultural producers. Here you can find fresh produce at Km. Zero: vegetables, fruits, legumes, vegetables and the processed, Valdostan "excellences" such as the various goat and cow cheeses and the incomparable Fontina DOP. There will be no shortage of delicious honeys with a thousand flavors, colorful and tasty jams, rich pastries, and black bread, baked as in the old days. Good supplies!
