In a nutshell
At the end of February, every two years an ancient tradition of the Cimare Mountains is repeated: people dress up in festive attire and take to the streets singing and "ringing" pots, cowbells, and whatever makes noise. In this way, mountain dwellers call March and spring to wake up after their winter sleep and bring abundance in the new season. The festival is a real spectacle: the din of the instruments is joined by the colors of the traditional clothes of hundreds of figures, and the curious shapes of the floats that showcase the tools and peculiarities of the stamping culture. A festival not to be missed!
