In a nutshell
It is autumn in the Aurina Valley. The golden needles of the larches glisten in the sun and the meadows smell of alpine herbs. The alpine pastures prepare for winter. While delicious cheeses ripen in the cellars, the cheesemakers and cheese makers offer visitors good alpine milk and all their experience in making delicious quality cheeses. It is impossible to resist the temptation to watch them at work and taste their goodness.
