National Hazelnut Fair

The Alta Langa area is home to one of the tastiest varieties of hazelnuts, the Tonda Gentile, to which the town of Cortemilia dedicates a large fair every year. During the event there are book presentations, meetings, various kinds of performances, concerts and, of course, many initiatives related to Piedmontese tradition and local food and wine. The protagonist is the Hazelnut that you can enjoy in many recipes from sweet to savory, thanks to the versatility of its characteristics, delicate flavor and intense aroma.
