Hunchback Thistle Festival

On the last weekend of January, the Hunchback Thistle Festival returns to Cervia. Given the small quantities of production, the Hunchback Thistle is a true niche winter vegetable, and its depurative, antioxidant and digestive qualities make it suitable for everyone and very healthy. There will be food stands in Cervia's Historic Center where you can taste and buy products made from the Hunchback Thistle, and there will be entertainment and shows.
