Brazier Festival

In a large brazier, prepared with patience and wisdom, in the center of Piazza Castello in Moresco, delicious red and white meats, sausages and pork chops are cooked and chestnuts, the symbol of autumn, are roasted. In the kitchens of the food stands, typical Marche specialties are prepared: fried olives and chips and Risotto alla" Zippilà", unfailing "cotto" wine and new wine that will also accompany the excellent desserts. A festival to relive ancient traditions, when being together in front of the fire warmed inside as well as outside.
