Brodetto Fest

One of the most interesting events aimed at enhancing tradition and the area is the International Festival of Brodetto and Fish Soups, which is held every year in September in the town of Fano. The absolute protagonists are fish soups and brodetto, which are served in a variety of forms, from the most traditional to revisited and gourmet versions, prepared using the most innovative cooking techniques. Each edition also sees the participation of chefs of national and international prominence to propose their reinterpretations of one of the representative products of our country's seafood culinary tradition.
